In response to the heavy monsoon rains and floods that have caused the deaths of thousands and catastrophic damage to infrastructure across the country since mid-June, the CIBC Foundation is joining Canadians and people from around the world in supporting ongoing efforts to help provide Pakistanis with humanitarian aid.
Funds donated to the Foundation for this specific fund, will be used to enable humanitarian organizations with providing relief, recovery, and resiliency activities in Pakistan.
En réponse aux fortes pluies de mousson et aux inondations qui ont causé la mort de milliers de personnes et causé des dommages catastrophiques aux infrastructures partout au pays depuis la mi-juin, la Fondation CIBC se joint aux Canadiens et aux gens de partout dans le monde pour soutenir les efforts continus visant à fournir de l’aide humanitaire aux Pakistanais.
L’argent versé à la Fondation pour ce fonds servira à aider les organismes humanitaires à mener des activités de secours, de rétablissement et de résilience au Pakistan.
