The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure unites and inspires people, families and communities across Canada to come together and make a difference for people living with or beyond breast cancer.

Since the event began in 1992, the CIBC Run for the Cure has raised over $540 million for groundbreaking research, new treatments and a support system to save and improve lives. But as breast cancer remains the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women in Canada, we know that there’s still so much more to be done.
